Add multiple admins or assistants to Blogger
Today’s topic is about Blogger, the service for creating Google Mama website. Those of us who build websites on different topics and have different jobs may not be able to spend as much time on the website as we need to.
In other words, it is not possible to conduct website activities alone. Or for any other reason, we have to match a few of the activities of a website. That’s why we have to hire a few more people to help us with the website. And this opportunity or facility can be done with the website of any platform. That means Google’s Blogger or any type of platform, including Blogspot, WordPress, and Joomla.
Today we will discuss in this post how you can set up an assistant to manage your own as well as dashboard on Blogger, Google’s free website creation platform. If you wish, you can give your assistant full access, just like you, to the Blogger dashboard or to certain functions.
To set up your assistant on the Blogger Dashboard, you must first sign in by entering the site www.blogger.com with the Gmail ID with which you created your website.
Then click on the menu bar at the top left and click on Settings. Once the settings come, scroll down. After going down, click on Invite more authors in the Permissions section, as shown in the screenshot above.
Then a dialog box like the screenshot above will appear. Here, enter the Gmail ID of the person you want to make your assistant and click the Send button.
After inviting the assistant this time, Pending author invites his Gmail ID, which will appear in your Blogger dashboard, like the screenshot above. Until he accepts your invitation,. You’re done. This time, the work of the person you have invited has started.
Suppose you have been invited, or you have been invited if you have more than one Gmail ID. You need to sign in to Gmail with the Gmail ID of the person you have been invited to, and you will see an inviting message like the screenshot above in your inbox. Click on it to open it. 
After opening, click on the Accept Invitation button, as shown in the screenshot above.
Clicking on the button above will take you from Gmail to the Blogger site, just like in the screenshot above. Here too, you have to click on the Accept Invitation button.
Clicking on the Accept Invitation button will take you to Blogger’s dashboard, just like the screenshot above, where you were originally invited. It’s good to say that since you already have a Gmail ID signed in here, it will take you directly to Blogger’s dashboard. And if you are not signed in, your Gmail ID will take you to sign in.
Then, when you sign in, you will see the Blogger dashboard, like in the screenshot above. Another thing is if you have invited yourself to another Gmail ID. In that case, if you have access to two Gmail IDs through one or the same browser,. Then you must be in the normal mode of one browser and the incognito mode of another browser.
In this way, you can set up someone on Blogger or another of your Gmail IDs as a helper. See the screenshot above showing the name and dashboard of the invited blogger website dashboard in my invited Gmail ID. Here are the names of some of my previous blogger dashboards.
Come to the one who invited you this time. This means that the original Gmail ID has been invited from the Blogger Dashboard. Here, if you want to change the role, power, or access of the admin, you can set the full power or partial power of the dashboard.
For this, you can change the role or access, as in the screenshot above, just by clicking on the menu bar at the top left of the Blogger dashboard and then going to the Permissions section and clicking on Blog admins and authors. Here, admin is full power, and author is partial power.
