Via Weibo, Redmi General Manager Wang Teng Thomas recently shared an image of the phone’s display, highlighting its slim bezels. He also announced that the Turbo 3 will be the inaugural device of the new Turbo series in the company’s ten-year plan.
The official also confirmed that the Redmi Turbo 3 will be unveiled in China this month and will be equipped with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chipset.
According to Redmi’s new product matrix, they have established different series with distinct positioning and goals. The K series is positioned as a flagship for technical performance, aiming to be a top-tier flagship.
Meanwhile, the Turbo series is focused on being a performance flagship for the new generation, aiming to redefine mid-range performance.
The Redmi Note series aims to set a benchmark for mid-range experiences, trying to make flagship experiences more accessible.

According to recent reports, the upcoming Redmi smartphone, previously known as the Note 13 Turbo but now known as the Redmi Turbo 3, is expected to boast a 1.5K resolution display. Additionally, the phone may have screens from both TCL Huaxing and Tianma.
The upcoming Redmi device may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. As for its camera setup, it is rumored to sport a 50MP IMX882 main camera and a 20MP front camera for selfies. Moreover, the phone has a large 5,000mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging.
After its launch in China in April, the upcoming Redmi Turbo 3 is expected to enter the global market under the name POCO F6. Sources say that it may be priced around Rs 40,000 in the Indian market.
