After several leaks and rumours, Redmi has officially announced the launch date of the Redmi Turbo 3 in China. Not only this, the smartphone brand has also revealed some key specifications and features of the upcoming phone. It is worth noting that the Redmi Turbo 3 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Here are other key details of Redmi Turbo 3.
Redmi Turbo 3 China Launch Date
Through Weibo, Redmi officially announced its upcoming mid-range smartphone. Redmi has announced the launch date of Turbo 3. It will be released in China on April 10 at 7 PM. However, there is currently no information available regarding its global launch, but reports say that it will be unveiled as the POCO F6 in India and globally.
Redmi Turbo 3 Key Specifications
According to the company, the upcoming Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone will feature a high-resolution 1.5K display. The Turbo 3 is also confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and will run on Xiaomi’s HyperOS.
The company claims that it achieved a benchmark score of 1.75 million points on AnTuTu 10 and the phone is said to offer configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Additionally, it will have a slim and lightweight design, with a thickness of less than 8 mm and a weight of 179 grams.

Redmi has shared an image of the phone showcasing three shades – Grey, Blue and Black. The rear panel of the upcoming phone flaunts the camera, which is located in the upper left corner, with two circular cutouts aligned vertically, each surrounding a lens.

There appears to be an additional small cutout, perhaps for an LED flash or other sensor. Below the camera module, the brand name ‘Redmi’ is engraved horizontally. Meanwhile, the Turbo 3 has volume and power toggles on the right edge.
On the other hand, recent leaks have revealed that the Turbo 3 has a flat display on the front with a slightly wider chin than the other bezels. Interestingly, there can be no plastic bracket around the screen.
