Realme has officially announced that it will launch the P series in India next week. The series will include two phones – Realme P1 5G P1 Pro 5G, and they are confirmed to be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7050 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoCs respectively. The company has revealed some more details including the price range of the Realme P series phones.
Realme P1 5G P1 Pro 5G India Launch Date, Price Range, Key Specifications Revealed
- Realme is all set to launch its new smartphones, Realme P1 Pro 5G and Realme P1 5G, in India on April 15 at 12 PM. These devices will be available for purchase through Flipkart.
- It has also been confirmed that the upcoming Realme P1 5G will be priced under Rs 15,000, while the Realme P1 Pro 5G will be available for Indian customers under Rs 20,000.
On the other hand, Realme Vice President Chase Xu said that the Realme P-series will target younger consumers by offering premium smartphones at a good price. Additionally, Xu shared that Realme has sold over 100 million devices in India by 2023.
Realme P1, P1 Pro Key Features Revealed
The Realme P series of phones will feature a 120Hz AMOLED curved display with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. These devices will also have TUV Rheinland eye protection certification to reduce eye strain during prolonged use.
Realme P1 5G is confirmed to have MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset. Realme P1 Pro 5G on the other hand will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Additionally, they will feature a VC cooling system to prevent overheating during intense work.
Realme P1 5G and P1 Pro 5G will support 45W fast charging. These will include a Rainwater Touch feature for enhanced touchscreen responsiveness and an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance for durability in various conditions.
