On the other hand, Realme has announced that it will launch the realme GT 7 Pro smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor in the Indian market in November.
Indian launch of realme GT 7 Pro
Realme GT 7 Pro is the first smartphone to be launched in the Indian market with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The company has not announced the launch date yet, but it has been confirmed that the realme GT 7 Pro smartphone will be launched in the Indian market in November. The upcoming GT 7 Pro is tipped to be Realme’s most powerful smartphone yet.
How is the Snapdragon 8 Elite going to be?
Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset built with 3nm fabrication and Orion CPU architecture. The company claims that it is the first SoC to have Adreno GPU and Hexagon NPU. This Qualcomm processor will work at 4.32 GHz clock speed and increase performance by up to 45%. It adds new and advanced AI capabilities.
The smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset can be equipped with 320 megapixel camera capable of 8K video recording. This chipset can support 24GB LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It has features like FastConnect 7900 to increase network capacity with Wi-Fi 7 and Snapdragon X80 5G modem RF system.

- Display: The realme GT 7 Pro smartphone is said to feature Samsung’s Corded Micro Curve LTPO screen made of an OLED panel. The screen may have an in-display fingerprint sensor with a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Storage: According to the leak, the Realme GT 7 Pro phone may launch with 16GB of RAM and the top model may offer 1TB of storage. This phone may have LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
- OS: Realme is rumored to offer the new and advanced Android 15 operating system on its new flagship smartphone. This phone can get 3 years of OS and security updates.
- Camera: The phone may offer a triple rear camera setup for photography. The back panel of this phone may house 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor, 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope lens and 8MP ultrawide angle lens.
- Battery: For power backup, the Realme GT 7 Pro can be powered by a 6,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
